Full-stack engineer
Laravel or Node on the server, React on the front. Comfortable owning a feature end to end.
Mobile engineer
React Native or Flutter, with real experience shipping to both stores and handling offline state.
Implementation analyst
Sits with clients, maps their process, writes the spec, runs the training. Half consultant, half teacher.
How we work together
Small team, real ownership
You will not be the tenth person on a feature. You will own a module and talk to the client who uses it.
On-site, then flexible
Discovery and go-live are in person. The build weeks are yours to arrange.
We ship on schedule
Two-week sprints, honest estimates, and no heroics at midnight to cover a bad plan.
Training is paid time
Certifications and courses relevant to your work are covered, and studied on company hours.
