About
We build custom systems for Philippine businesses, schools, churches, cooperatives and local government units. Most of what we have deployed runs within a few kilometres of the office, which means the people using our software are people we can be held accountable to in person.
Principles
Most organizations we meet are not disorganized. They have a process that works, held together by spreadsheets, group chats, and one person who remembers everything. Our job is to move that process into a system without asking anyone to relearn their job.
A cashier should not have to tell a customer to wait for the internet. A field officer should not lose a day’s collections. We design for intermittent connectivity first, then treat a stable line as a bonus.
Systems outlive the people who commissioned them, especially in schools and local government. Every project ships with user manuals and a turnover package, so it survives an audit and a change in administration.
We are a small team and we do not hand work to a subcontractor you never meet. That limits how much we take on at once, which we consider a feature.
When the people using a system work in Filipino, the system works in Filipino. FreshTrack ships with a Filipino interface because that is the language of the production floor, not as a translation layer added at the end.
Working with us
We come to you and watch the work being done: the queue at enrolment, the counter at closing, the folder where the certificates are kept. Nothing we could learn from a requirements document replaces an afternoon of watching.
We take work across the province and beyond, but we are honest about the difference proximity makes. Being an hour away means we are there on the first day of enrolment, not on a call about it.
Staff are trained in the room where they work. Afterwards you have a person to call rather than a ticket queue, and the documentation to take the system in-house whenever you choose.
